Most products sold on this website are digital downloads, such as Excel or Google Sheets trading spreadsheets. Because access to these files is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Please review before purchase

Before buying, please read the product description carefully and review the screenshots, included sheets, platform requirements, instructions, and available demo material.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the product fits their needs, preferred platform, and level of spreadsheet knowledge before purchasing.

When a refund may be considered

A refund may be considered if the digital product:

• is not as described on the product page;
• contains a technical issue that prevents normal use;
• is not fit for its stated purpose;
• cannot be reasonably repaired or replaced after the issue has been reviewed.

Refunds are not normally provided for:

• change of mind after download;
• accidental purchase;
• lack of software knowledge;
• choosing the wrong platform version;
• expecting features that were not described on the product page;
• deciding after purchase that the product does not fit your personal trading style or workflow.

• the email address used for the order;
• the product purchased;
• a clear description of the issue;
• screenshots if they help explain the problem.

If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved and the product does not work as described, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
